I'm not a fan of most cat tree designs - covered in carpet that tears up and falls apart, too tall and becomes an ugly focal point in the room. However, this one is half the length but very roomy. I love how it isn't carpeted - it's a wood composite and it's held up very well. In the last two months, our three cats have been all over it but I haven't noticed the wood tearing up at all. It fits nicely beside my sofa where it's barely seen and the gray matches the bookshelves that it's close to so it doesn't even look out of place. My cats take turns lounging at the very top and curling up in the square cubbies. I bought it mostly because of the scratching posts right in front, hoping the cats would scratch there instead of my carpet.

This is a fantastic cat tree. Not just made for the teeny tiny kitties! I have a 15lb very big boned cat and she fits in this cat tower perfectly.

I bought this initially because it is attractive compared to so many other cat trees out there, and I'm glad I did! It came with all the parts and tools necessary (though I'd recommend using your own screwdriver), and came together easily. It took me about am hour to build, mostly because my kitten kept running away with parts.
